Aaron started homebrewing in 2005 and has brewed professionally since 2016. In 2025, he and Cindy made Greenville home and opened Wild Yarrow on East Stone Avenue. Aaron crafts nuanced lagers, saisons and barrel-aged wild ales, while Cindy brings her hospitality background to the taproom, so it feels like family.

Dana caught the coffee bug in Seattle, opened a coffee cart on New Year’s Eve 1992, then opened Coffee Underground on May 1, 1995. It’s Greenville’s longest-running coffee shop, roasting its own beans since 2005, with from-scratch food, homemade desserts and a theater room for comedy, poetry and music.
