Hi I’m Amber Maurer with PorchLight Lending powered by Barrett Financial. I was born and raised in Central Florida and relocated with my family to the Upstate of South Carolina in 2024. I started in the real estate field at the age of 19 in the title insurance industry as a closing agent until 2007 when I decided to get into the lending field as a career change and have been originating loans ever since! I love what I do and the relationships created, by making buyers dreams of home ownership come true.

I am a wife and mother of 2 and we love exploring the upstate and are always on adventures to find new hikes, waterfalls, lakes and most anything outdoors.  We love it here!
